Oil Rig Explodes off the Coast of Louisiana (Updating)

The Coast Guard reprots t that an oil rig off the coast of Louisiana owned by the Houston-based firm Black Elk Energy caught fire this morning. It has confirmed that two people are dead and two are missing, and will provide further details later this morning. Additional reports indicate that the rig has exploded.
